Super Eagles head Gernot Rohr has extended his coaching contact with the Nigeria Super Eagles for two more years.
Rohr whose previous deal is supposed to terminate in 2018, with the new contract extension, he’s expected to remain as the head coach till 2020.
Rohr was appointed the Super Eagles head coach in 2016 after the resignation of Sunday Oliseh.
Rohr has only lost one game since he took over as the head coach on the Super Eagles, he has won 7, drawn 4 out of his total 12 games.
He’ll be leading the Eagles to the World Cup later this year, where Nigeria will be playing in group D alongside Argentina, Croatia and Iceland.
The FIFA World Cup will be hosted by Russia and is expected to kick off on the 14th of June.
